Omnichannel Media Lead
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop an integrated retail media plan across key retailers
Define the retail media investment framework balancing trade, shopper, and brand budgets
- Partner with brand teams to align retail media campaigns with national brand and digital plans.
- Lead omni-channel retail activation from in-store displays and sampling to digital shelf, search, and on-platform ads.
- Manage retail media networks (RMNs) both retailer-owned and third-party platforms.

Ensure data-driven targeting and personalization using shopper and retailer insights.
- Collaborate with retailers marketing teams to co-create campaigns that maximize ROI and category share.
- Work with media and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign optimization.
Define KPIs: ROAS, incremental sales lift, share of voice, and category performance.

Lead post-campaign reviews with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Digital teams to create seamless activation plans.

Mentor junior team members and drive the organizations retail media capability building
Qualifications:

8- 12 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or media strategy within
FMCG, retail, or eCommerce. -
Deep understanding of retail ecosystems (physical + digital) and Philippine retail landscape.

Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-led decision-making.

Excellent stakeholder management able to influence across marketing, sales, and retailer
partners. -
Experience managing retail media budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
