Finance Director (Head of Finance)
Location: Pasig
Schedule: Morning Shift, Onsite, Mon-Fri, Semi-Flexible
Budget: Open - exec level range
Role Overview
The Finance Director will serve as the senior leader of the finance organization, responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and business performance across a growing company. .
This position requires a leader who can build systems and processes from the ground up, professionalize the finance function, and partner with cross-functional heads to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Serve as the overall Head of Finance and strategic advisor to senior management.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic modeling.
- Present financial insights, business performance updates, and risk assessments to leadership.
- Establish scalable financial frameworks, controls, and structures suitable for a rapidly growing business.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (90% Focus)
- Lead the end-to-end FP&A function, including P&L oversight, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop models for new store openings, expansion plans, and multi-country financial scenarios.
- Monitor store-level, country-level, and division-level financial performance.
- Support operational teams with data-driven financial insights and decision support.
3. Accounting & Compliance Oversight (10% Focus)
- Provide direction and governance to the accounting team.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial requirements.
- Monitor accurate consolidation and reporting across different markets.
4. Multi-Country & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with leaders from different countries to align financial reporting and standards.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and Operations to build integrated and efficient business systems.
- Support the setup and improvement of operational and financial processes as the organization scales.
5. People Leadership
- Lead and develop the finance team, establishing clear priorities and performance standards.
- Build a succession-ready team capable of supporting expansion.
- Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- CPA preferred but not required
- 1215+ years of solid experience in Finance and Accounting, with strong exposure to FP&A
- Background in multi-store, retail, F&B, or scaling/growth environments is an advantage
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and business partnership ability
- Comfortable coordinating with leaders from different countries
