Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager who will act as the primary link between clients and internal teams within the Events & Creative / Entertainment space. This role requires a balance of business development, client servicing, and project management to ensure seamless, high-impact, and memorable event executions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Management
Develop and acquire new client accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
Identify client requirements and translate them into tailored event and creative solutions.
Client Servicing & Relationship Building
Serve as the main client contact, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.
Build long-term partnerships through consistent engagement and post-project follow-through.
Project Coordination & Execution
Collaborate with creative teams to craft proposals, pitches, and innovative event concepts.
Coordinate with project and operations teams during event execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while updating clients regularly.
Post-Project Engagement
Lead client debriefs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling.
Maintain high client satisfaction and recommend improvements for future projects.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or creative industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-first mindset.
Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
