Overview
The HR Operations Executive (Senior Manager) will lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services across recruitment, benefits administration, timekeeping, training and development, and employee relations and engagement. This role is responsible for driving HR operational excellence, implementing best practices, and supporting the organizations strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent across all functions.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and enhance talent pipelines.
2. Benefits Administration
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and government-mandated benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits claims and enrollments.
- Evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend enhancements that support employee well-being and organizational goals.
3. Timekeeping & HR Operations
- Oversee timekeeping processes, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure HR systems and records are accurate, updated, and compliant with labor regulations.
- Streamline operational workflows to improve HR service delivery.
4. Training and Development
- Develop and implement training programs to support employee skills development and organizational capability building.
- Conduct training needs analyses and manage training calendars, activities, and vendor partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and organizational morale.
- Manage employee relations cases, conflict resolution, and grievance management in alignment with company policies.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 810 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR operations and people management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and operational HR processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
