Role Summary:
Leads enterprise web engineering initiatives, focusing on React and Next.js-based customer-facing platforms. This role combines hands-on coding oversight, team leadership, and agile project execution to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full lifecycle development of React and Next.js applications.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, maintainability, and high quality.

• Mentor developers on architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization.

• Lead agile rituals and coordinate dependencies across technical teams.

• Collaborate with product and technical leadership to translate business requirements into robust web solutions.

• Introduce tools, frameworks, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.

• Troubleshoot complex web application issues and ensure security and scalability standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 9+ years of hands-on web development with React and Next.js expertise.

• Proven experience leading web engineering teams in agile environments.

• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, secure web development, and modern web architecture.

• Excellent analytical, mentorship, and communication skills.
