Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations to help customers select products that best suit their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on the proper application and benefits of skincare, makeup, and cosmetic products through demonstrations and product guidance.
• Drive sales growth by building customer relationships, promoting products effectively, and meeting individual and store sales goals.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, properly displayed, and presented according to brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment while supporting inventory management activities.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent educational attainment; additional studies in beauty or retail-related fields are an advantage.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and sales skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Previous experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
