About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our rapidly growing tech and telecom divisions. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and engineering/technical business heads, you will align people strategies with business goals. You will drive organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement specifically for high-growth, fast-paced technical teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant to managers on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring compliance with local labor standards.
  • Drive performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and culture-building initiatives tailored to tech and telecom professionals.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount spend) to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP, Senior HR Generalist, or HR Manager within a Tech company, Telco provider, or digital fast-growth industry.
  • Deep understanding of the unique talent dynamics, retention drivers, and skill sets within tech and telco environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical department objectives into human capital strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
