Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy.
  • Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, driving growth and brand awareness own content calendar plan.
  • Manage and oversee monthly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Strengthen Brand Positioning ; Define and maintain consistent brand messaging , ensuring alignment across all marketing efforts and touchpoints.
  • Lead Creative Collaboration ; Manage relationships with outsourced creatives, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Executive Campaigns; Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including products launches, seasonal promotions, and special initiatives.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance; Track key metrics , prepare performance reports and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and engagement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration; Partner with sales , products, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals and customer experience.
  • Project and Budget Management ; Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Market Trend Monitoring; Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies and emerging tools to recommend new initiatives and opportunities
  • Team Leadership; Mentor junior marketers, and foster a collaborative environment that drives creatively and results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
  • Strong background in content strategy and storytelling across multiple channels
  • Proven experience in planning and executing monthly content calendars.
  • Solid understanding of brand positioning and development
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with outsourced creatives and graphics artists.
  • Skilled in executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
