Job Description:
The Brand Manager directly analyze and integrate various financial reports in developing strategies to overall manage the achievement of the brands business goals. Brand managers also scout the market for viable distribution, adopt technology to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media through leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful and on-time execution of marketing initiatives. He also drives, trains, and engages concerned parties to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand and product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong brand identities, messaging, and visual guidelines.
  • Oversee full product lifecycle, managing pricing, promotions, and performance to drive profitability.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail channels to boost awareness and loyalty.
  • Ensure brand consistency and impactful visual merchandising across retail operations.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Marketing Management or any related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity preferably in the retail industry
  • Proficient computer skills- MS Applications, Social Media
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Has a sense of urgency and follow-thru
