Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and executing integrated digital campaigns, leads online content development, and translates campaign data into actionable insights to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Campaign Management

    • Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and leads for assigned projects and brands
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels including social media, search, display, and email

    Content Development

    • Lead content creation and management for the brand's online platforms including the website and social media pages
    • Collaborate with creative and digital agencies to produce relevant, high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools
    • Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI

    Coordination & Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams across departments and with external partners such as communications, advertising, digital, and media agencies
    • Support the overall marketing team in brand planning, campaign execution, and project updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing.
  • Real estate background is an advantage but not required.
  • Results-driven with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and simplify complex data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at the same time.
