Beauty Brand Manager

Overview:
A fast-growing consumer and innovation-led organization is looking for a Beauty Brand Manager to support the growth and scale of its beauty portfolio. This role is ideal for a hands-on brand builder with a strong beauty background, solid brand management fundamentals, and experience executing end-to-end marketing and product initiatives. The Brand Manager will play a critical role in shaping brand strategy, driving launches, and delivering commercial results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Translate brand positioning into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
Product & Launch Management
- Manage product lifecycles from concept, development, and launch to post-launch optimization.
- Work closely with product, R&D, and operations teams to deliver on timelines, quality, and cost.
- Conduct market and consumer analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and portfolio expansion.
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer/KOL, e-commerce, and retail channels.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and growth teams to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data, insights, and ROI.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Monitor beauty trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform brand decisions.
- Use consumer insights, feedback, and performance data to continuously refine brand and product strategies.
Commercial & Performance Tracking
- Support sales and commercial teams with brand plans, forecasts, and promotional strategies.
- Track brand KPIs including sales, market share, campaign effectiveness, and product performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison across marketing, sales, product, supply chain, finance, and external partners.
- Support the Brand Director / Head of Beauty in executing strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in brand management within the beauty or personal care industry.
- Hands-on experience managing brands, campaigns, or product launches.
- Exposure to digital-first, e-commerce, or DTC beauty brands is a strong advantage.
