## About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. Based onsite in Pasig City, you will take ownership of the entire talent pipeline—from executive headhunting to high-volume operational staffing. This position requires an experienced leader who understands the fast-paced nature, technical nuances, and aggressive scaling requirements inherent to the network infrastructure domains.
## Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Design, execute, and scale localized end-to-end recruitment strategies
- Team Management: Directly supervise, mentor, and upskill a dedicated team of sourcing specialists and recruiters to meet aggressive weekly and monthly headcount targets.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to technical department heads and executives, providing market intelligence, talent mapping data, and salary benchmarking.
- Pipeline Optimization: Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality of Hire), leveraging data to eliminate workflow bottlenecks.
- Employer Branding: Partner with internal communication teams to position the company as an employer of choice within the local telecom landscape.
## Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing Capability: Proven mastery of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and direct headhunting of passive candidates).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills.
