Business Process Management Leader

The Senior Manager will lead the organizations business process initiatives, ensuring workflows are effectively documented, analyzed, and aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams, approving key process changes, and ensuring business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops across the organization to understand current business processes
- Review and validate existing processes (AS-IS) and approve future-state workflows (TO-BE)
- Make decisions on process gaps, harmonization, and customization requirements
- Assess the impact of process changes on policies, SOPs, and internal controls
- Approve solution designs and key updates to major processes
- Provide guidance to functional teams and resolve cross-departmental issues
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in business process management or organizational transformation
- Leadership experience in at least one ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Logistics
- Experience with policy design, internal controls, and compliance
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
