Job Description:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Onsite
Location: Danao, Cebu

The HR Business Partner (Manager) delivers a wide range of HR services to all commissary employees, supporting business goals and enabling sustainable growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Supply Planning: Assists in workforce planning by reviewing staffing proposals, identifying talent gaps, and building relationships with external talent pipelines.
  • Performance & Competency Management: Aligns unit objectives with corporate goals, oversees competency frameworks, and manages employee competency assessments.
  • Assessment & Selection: Handles candidate screening, assessments, and interviews, and coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and effective onboarding.
  • Learning Design & Development: Leads the design and execution of employee development initiatives, ensures adherence to training systems and documentation standards, and maintains accurate training records in partnership with Corporate HR and external providers.
  • Job Evaluation & Policy Clarification: Performs initial job evaluations, coordinates with Corporate Compensation & Benefits for implementation, and provides guidance on compensation and benefits-related policies.
  • C&B Delivery & Issue Resolution: Manages employee benefit processing and resolves payroll or benefits-related issues to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Develops engagement, wellness, and CSR programs; manages disciplinary processes and case investigations; and ensures compliance with labor laws through coordination with relevant government agencies.
  • HR Financials & Compliance: Manages HR budget usage in line with KRAs and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Four to five years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience working in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment.
  • Strong recruitment skills and proven ability to enhance talent management strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability in training both managers and employees.
  • Excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Danao, Cebu.
