We are looking for an HR Communication Supervisor to bridge the gap between our HR initiatives and our employees. Based in our Pasig headquarters, you will be the creative voice behind our internal communications, ensuring that company updates, policy changes, culture initiatives, and HR programs are communicated clearly, transparently, and engagingly. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with HR goals.
- Supervise the creation and distribution of HR announcements, newsletters, executive memos, and intranet content.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to manage change management communications for organizational transitions or policy rollouts.
- Standardize HR templates, guidelines, and toolkits to ensure a consistent corporate voice across all HR departments.
- Gather employee feedback on internal communication effectiveness and continuously refine messaging strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or HR communications roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex HR policies into relatable content.
- Experience with content management systems, email marketing tools, or internal social networks (e.g., Slack, MS Teams, intranets).
- Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with local stakeholders onsite in Pasig on a Monday-to-Friday morning shift.
