1. Sales Executive Level

Position Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading the overall sales strategy of the organization. This role will oversee sales operations, business development initiatives, key client relationships, and high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage national or regional sales teams across multiple channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Drive sales excellence through coaching, performance management, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and business development.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing large sales organizations and senior-level teams.

2. Marketing Executive

Position Overview

The Marketing Head will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support overall business growth. This role will oversee brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, customer engagement, and market intelligence functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning, market expansion, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, and customer acquisition programs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to support commercial and organizational goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
