Schedule: Morning Shift 
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
• Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering teams and service providers to ensure the proper functioning of cold and dry storage areas, material-handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities.
• Monitor stock aging and identify materials nearing expiration to ensure timely and appropriate disposition.
• Ensure that all raw and packaging materials are received, handled, and stored in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, preferably with exposure to Operations Management.
• At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing.
• Strong leadership skills, high integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, sound decision-making, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu.
