Work Schedule: Fully Onsite | Dayshift | Monday - Friday
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. The role focuses on strategic candidate sourcing, market mapping, and talent engagement across various industries and functions.
The ideal candidate has strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience utilizing multiple sourcing channels, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking strategies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to support the organization's recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Candidate Generation
  • Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and database searches.
  • Conduct proactive market mapping and talent research to identify potential candidates for open and future positions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to improve candidate reach and sourcing efficiency.
  • Develop creative sourcing initiatives to attract passive candidates across multiple industries and job functions.
Candidate Engagement and Screening
  • Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Perform preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, interest level, and cultural fit.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with complete candidate profiles and assessments.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Coordination Support
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate-related activities when necessary.
  • Monitor sourcing progress and provide regular pipeline updates to the recruitment team.
  • Ensure candidate information and sourcing activities are accurately documented in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Market Intelligence and Talent Insights
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent movements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies, talent availability, and market conditions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting job opportunities and company culture across sourcing platforms.
Database and Pipeline Management
  • Maintain organized and updated candidate databases for active and passive talent pools.
  • Reconnect with previous applicants and dormant candidates for suitable opportunities.
  • Track sourcing metrics such as response rates, pipeline conversion, and sourcing effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience sourcing for various functions such as corporate, technical, operations, finance, sales, or leadership roles is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and talent mapping strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
