Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architectures that support business applications, data analytics, and enterprise operations.
• Lead the migration of on-premise systems to cloud environments, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain cloud governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud requirements, optimize workloads, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage and monitor cloud performance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Evaluate new cloud technologies and recommend improvements or integrations to enhance scalability and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership in cloud design, deployment, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and security protocols (e.g., ISO, HIPAA, or local data privacy laws).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or systems engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are an advantage.
