HR Generalist (With Employee Relations Background)
Job Description:
Location: Angat, Bulacan
Work setup: Full Onsite
Work Schedule: Compressed Work Week
- Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
- Saturday - 8am-12nn
Role Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on employee relations processes. This role ensures effective handling of employee concerns, supports HR operations, and contributes to maintaining a compliant and engaged workforce within the logistics industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist functions, with proven exposure to employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- With background within the logistics or transportation industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with other HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related concerns.
- Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations and other HR functions.
