Key Responsibilities

Utilize advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, portfolio sites, and social media) to identify top talent.
Review resumes, portfolios, and professional profiles to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.
Craft highly personalized and compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
Coordinate with the Sourcing Manager and recruiters to understand specific role requirements and calibrate talent pools.
Maintain clean and organized candidate records within our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Scout, or Recruiter focusing on top-of-funnel pipeline building.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and various sourcing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing engaging outreach.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
Amenable to a Monday-to-Friday morning shift onsite in Pasig.
