HR Communications Manager

Location: Pasig City (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative HR Communications Manager to lead our internal communications strategy and strengthen our employee connection. Operating from our Pasig office, you will oversee how we share our company vision, culture, HR programs, and major milestones with our entire workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, high-impact internal communications roadmap that aligns with business objectives and HR goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of all executive announcements, crisis communications, organizational changes, and town hall content.
• Manage and guide the HR communication team to maintain a unified, engaging, and empathetic corporate voice across all communication touchpoints.
• Partner with senior leadership and key HR stakeholders to design change management communication strategies for major corporate transformations.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication channels (intranet, newsletters, Slack/Teams), using data to optimize employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Communications Manager, Internal Communications Manager, or in a similar corporate communications leadership role.
• Masterful written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of writing for executive leadership and diverse employee groups.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Amenable to working a full-time, Monday-to-Friday morning shift onsite in Pasig City.
