Job Description:
SAP FICO Implementation & Support Manager (Finance Systems, S/4HANA)
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite) I Morning Shift
Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end SAP FICO project delivery, configuration, and post-go-live support. Leads the design and implementation of finance and controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA, ensures system stability, manages stakeholders, and supervises FICO support teams and third-party AMS providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead blueprinting, configuration, and deployment for new SAP company codes.

Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and manage approvals.

Oversee testing activities including unit, integration, and UAT.

Manage transport requests, roles, authorizations, and production cutovers.

Provide post-go-live hypercare support and resolve system issues promptly.

Supervise internal FICO support teams and third-party AMS deliverables.

Document and present changes to the Change Advisory Board for approvals.

Ensure SAP FICO integrations with other SAP or non-SAP systems are functioning correctly.
Qualifications:

Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

3–5 years of SAP FICO implementation/configuration experience in ECC or S/4HANA.

Hands-on experience with at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO projects.

Strong knowledge of finance processes, SAP lifecycle, testing, and documentation.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with SAP testing tools (Cloud ALM, HP ALM, Tosca) is a plus.
