SAP FICO Implementation & Support Manager (Finance Systems, S/4HANA)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig  

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite) I Morning Shift

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end SAP FICO project delivery, configuration, and post-go-live support. Leads the design and implementation of finance and controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA, ensures system stability, manages stakeholders, and supervises FICO support teams and third-party AMS providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead blueprinting, configuration, and deployment for new SAP company codes.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and manage approvals.

  • Oversee testing activities including unit, integration, and UAT.

  • Manage transport requests, roles, authorizations, and production cutovers.

  • Provide post-go-live hypercare support and resolve system issues promptly.

  • Supervise internal FICO support teams and third-party AMS deliverables.

  • Document and present changes to the Change Advisory Board for approvals.

  • Ensure SAP FICO integrations with other SAP or non-SAP systems are functioning correctly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of SAP FICO implementation/configuration experience in ECC or S/4HANA.

  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO projects.

  • Strong knowledge of finance processes, SAP lifecycle, testing, and documentation.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with SAP testing tools (Cloud ALM, HP ALM, Tosca) is a plus.
