AVP – Sales Channel Head
Location: Makati | Onsite | Morning Shift
Role Overview
The AVP – Key Account Channels is responsible for leading assigned sales channels (e.g., broker network, in-house sales, international sales, corporate accounts) and driving revenue growth through structured channel management and performance optimization.
This role plays a critical part in expanding market reach and maximizing sales conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Growth

Develop channel-specific sales strategies aligned with overall sales direction

Identify and onboard high-performing brokers and partner groups

Expand regional and international channel presence where applicable

Strengthen long-term relationships with key industry partners
Revenue & Pipeline Management

Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion ratios

Ensure consistent achievement of assigned revenue targets

Monitor sales funnel metrics and implement corrective action plans
Broker & Partner Engagement

Conduct regular broker briefings, recognition programs, and incentive launches

Structure competitive commission schemes and performance rewards

Organize sales rallies, training programs, and project previews
Reporting & Performance Analysis

Provide detailed reporting on channel productivity and revenue contribution

Analyze data to identify underperforming channels and growth opportunities

Recommend adjustments to improve absorption rates
Ideal Profile

8–15 years of real estate sales or channel leadership experience

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
