Work Setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH
Job Summary
The Lead Analyst for Digital Human Capital Management is responsible for supporting the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle HCM modulesprimarily focusing on Performance Management. The role ensures timely and accurate delivery of system updates, assists with project rollouts, and provides operational support to meet service level objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute project implementations for the Oracle HCM Performance Management module (Goals, Performance Reviews).

Configure and maintain system components such as:

Eligibility profiles, performance roles, and document types

Value sets, lookups, notifications, and box chart labels
-

Manage and support system enhancements and configuration changes.
-
Perform testing and validation of new configurations prior to deployment.

Implement and maintain Guided Learning content within Oracle HCM.

Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Ensure that system configurations align with defined business requirements and best practices.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting the Oracle HCM Performance Management module.

Strong understanding of system setup and maintenance within Setup and Maintenance > Workforce Development > Worker Performance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willing to work on a night shift schedule and during Philippine holidays.
Preferred:
-
Experience with other Oracle HCM modules (e.g., HR, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, or Talent Management).

Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.

Exposure to Guided Learning tools and configuration.
