In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Accelerate business strategy through talent capability building by expanding the talent pool and strengthening succession pipelines.

Ensure optimal staffing levels across functions and support the retention and assimilation of key talent.

Co-create a functional competency model with Operations to serve as the foundation for recruitment, development, performance management, and rewards.

Design and implement critical skills enablement programs to close capability gaps and deliver on strategic goals.

Foster a performance-based culture by aligning metrics, driving regular performance assessments, and managing non-performance cases.

Lead organizational change by developing and executing change management strategies, conducting readiness assessments, and facilitating training programs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees, serving as a trusted advisor on HR and organizational matters.

Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to align global, regional, and local HR initiatives with business operations, ensuring effective service delivery and measurable business impact.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

At least 10 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, data analytics, organizational development, change management, and/or business systems improvement.

In-depth understanding of the ADDIE framework, organizational design, and HRIS operations.

Proven track record in implementing organizational development interventions.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Power BI and Power Apps.
