Position Title: Clinic Assistant
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa; Calamba, Laguna; Lipa, Batangas; Makati

Job Description:
The Clinic Assistant supports medical professionals by ensuring the clinic runs efficiently through assistance in patient care, preparation of treatment areas, and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare examination rooms and assist in basic procedures
• Coordinate patient flow and support front-desk operations
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and encoding patient data
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of medical instruments
• Monitor supplies and assist in inventory management
• Provide assistance to patients and guide them throughout their visit

Qualifications:

• Graduate or underboard of Nursing or related medical course
• At least six (6) months of experience in a clinic or support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and patient-focused
• TESDA NC II is a plus (for Pharmacy Assistant track)
• Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced work environments
