We are looking for Clinic Assistants to support outpatient healthcare operations in modern, high-volume clinics. This is a great opportunity for compassionate, organized, and patient-focused individuals with experience in a clinical or medical support setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day clinic activities including patient registration, vitals taking, and basic medical procedures.
• Provide support to nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff during consultations and treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Help manage patient flow and ensure proper documentation and records handling.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and inventory checks.
• Ensure a courteous and professional experience for all patients.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or underboard of Nursing or any allied medical course.
• For Pharmacy Assistant, TESDA NC II is preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in a clinic, dental, pharmacy, or healthcare support setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and compassionate.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
