Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-store restaurant operations and oversee successful new store openings.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, kitchen operations, and brand execution.
• Coach and develop Operations Managers and Store Leaders to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor key business metrics, including labor, food costs, productivity, and overall store performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations.
• Proven track record in managing high-volume casual dining establishments.
• Hands-on experience with new store openings and operational rollouts.
• Strong expertise in back-of-house operations, food safety, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills.
