Account Manager - Events
Job Description:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh)

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager Events & Creative I Entertainment who will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams. The role requires a balance of business development, client servicing, and project management, ensuring the delivery of seamless and memorable event experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition & Management
- Acquire and develop new client accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
- Identify client needs and translate them into tailored event and creative solutions.
Client Servicing & Relationship Building
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent client servicing and smooth communication.
- Build long-term partnerships through trust, consistency, and post-project servicing.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with creative teams to develop proposals, pitches, and innovative event concepts.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams during event execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while keeping clients updated.
Post-Project Engagement
- Conduct client debriefs, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for repeat engagements or upselling.
- Ensure continuous client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or creative industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-first approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
