Insurance Operations Analyst
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handling complex insurance-related tasks across multiple client systems.
- Reviewing operational challenges, improving workflows, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Strengthening client relationships by responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Conducting audits and issue resolution to identify process gaps and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Designing and facilitating training programs, including developing training plans, overseeing processes, and mentoring junior trainers.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to support operational objectives.
- Applying quality assurance practices to ensure processes consistently meet client expectations and quality benchmarks.
- Assisting with additional operational tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and onboarding new clients or processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- At least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related industry
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and technical or procedural documentation
- Background in quality assurance, including process review and optimization
- Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) and compliance frameworks
- Experience in Insurance Level 1 processes
