Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handling complex insurance-related tasks across multiple client systems.
  • Reviewing operational challenges, improving workflows, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Strengthening client relationships by responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Conducting audits and issue resolution to identify process gaps and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Designing and facilitating training programs, including developing training plans, overseeing processes, and mentoring junior trainers.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to support operational objectives.
  • Applying quality assurance practices to ensure processes consistently meet client expectations and quality benchmarks.
  • Assisting with additional operational tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and onboarding new clients or processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related industry
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and technical or procedural documentation
  • Background in quality assurance, including process review and optimization
  • Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in Insurance Level 1 processes
