Job Overview
We are looking for a Human Resource Manager (HR Business Partner) who will support all employees in the commissary by providing essential HR services. This role helps the business grow by ensuring we have the right people, strong performance systems, and a healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Supply Planning
- Support workforce planning and validate staffing needs.
- Identify talent gaps and connect with external talent sources.
2. Performance & Competency Management
- Ensure divisional goals align with company goals.
- Manage competency frameworks and facilitate employee assessments.
3. Assessment & Selection
- Lead candidate profiling, assessments, and interviews.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with other departments.
4. Learning & Development
- Plan and implement employee training and development programs.
- Maintain complete and updated training records.
- Work closely with Corporate HR and external training partners.
5. Job Evaluation & Policy Guidance
- Conduct initial job evaluations and coordinate with Corporate C&B for implementation.
- Provide clear guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
6. Compensation & Benefits Support
- Assist employees with benefits availment.
- Address payroll and benefits-related issues promptly.
7. Employee & Labor Relations
- Lead employee engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary cases and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and coordinate with government agencies as needed.
8. HR Financials & Compliance
- Monitor HR budget usage in line with KRAs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 45 years of managerial experience in HR business partnering.
- Experience in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing industry is required.
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent management.
- Proven experience in training both managers and employees.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Danao City, Cebu.
