Job Description:

Location: Manila
Work Schedule: Onsite; Shifting Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational performance across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Drive store sales, profitability, and operational productivity through effective cost and resource management.
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, food quality, inventory control, and overall restaurant execution.
  • Evaluate business results through financial and operational reviews, implementing actions to improve performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams while coordinating with support functions to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multi-unit restaurant operations leadership.
  • Proven track record managing several restaurant locations within a branded food service environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, labor optimization, and food cost control.
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, preferably gained in high-volume dining operations.
