Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and optimize both influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships.
- Identify, build, and grow long-term partnerships with influencers, UGC creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive sales and support brand positioning.
- Plan and execute influencer-driven product launches, events, and promotions, while managing campaigns like Tik Tok affiliates and the Goal Getter community.
- Scale the affiliate network to increase revenue through performance-driven partnerships.
- Guide and support the Influencer and Affiliate Specialists to ensure they achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Continuously monitor influencer marketing and social media trends to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI) and provide data-driven recommendations and reports to the head of Marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Influencer/Affiliate Marketing, administration, or marketing support roles, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
