Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand growth for luxury brands/products by developing and executing brand strategies aligned with business objectives, market insights, and financial performance
  • Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, PR, influencer, and in-store campaigns, to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty within the luxury market
  • Ensure consistent and premium brand execution across retail locations by applying luxury visual merchandising standards and collaborating with sales teams to optimize in-store performance.
  • Build and manage partnerships with luxury-focused influencers, retail partners, and collaborators to strengthen brand positioning and visibility
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams while managing marketing budgets to ensure timely, effective, and high-quality campaign execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or luxury brand management
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through
