Retail Media Manager - FMCG
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated media strategies aligned with brand, traffic, and sales objectives
- Optimize retail media and e-commerce performance to maximize ROI and conversions
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Define KPIs, analyze results, and apply insights for continuous improvement
- Drive content, social, and affiliate strategies to increase engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Identify and test new platforms, tools, and retail media innovations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in integrated media and digital marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG
- Strong expertise in e-commerce and performance marketing
- Track record of delivering results across multiple channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
