Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies aligned with brand, traffic, and sales objectives
  • Optimize retail media and e-commerce performance to maximize ROI and conversions
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Define KPIs, analyze results, and apply insights for continuous improvement
  • Drive content, social, and affiliate strategies to increase engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Identify and test new platforms, tools, and retail media innovations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in integrated media and digital marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG
  • Strong expertise in e-commerce and performance marketing
  • Track record of delivering results across multiple channels
  • Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
