Role Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions. This role also ensures effective implementation of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance processes to support the companys growth in the logistics industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in HR Generalist functions.
  • Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping, payroll processes, labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, employees, and management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding
  • Provide general HR support in employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy implementation
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company standards
  • Administer government-mandated benefits and coordinate with relevant agencies for compliance and reporting
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development activities to enhance workplace culture and retention
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to monitor recruitment efficiency and overall HR performance
