Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategy, workforce planning support, and hiring execution across the organization. This role drives talent acquisition effectiveness by developing scalable recruitment programs, optimizing hiring processes, and partnering with business leaders to secure top talent that supports organizational growth and business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Highly preferred: Experience within telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic recruitment plans across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong background in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition operations.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams and driving hiring performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment data, hiring metrics, and market insights to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and talent acquisition best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent acquisition objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes across all business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to forecast talent needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
  • Drive recruitment process optimization initiatives to improve quality of hire, hiring speed, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish recruitment performance metrics, monitor hiring effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management activities to ensure consistent hiring standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets and enhance recruitment capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent acquisition priorities.
  • Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies, tools, and best practices to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor labor market trends and competitor hiring activities to strengthen talent acquisition strategies and workforce competitiveness.
