Account Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling luxury products to existing and prospective clients
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and referrals
- Manage and grow key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business
- Provide expert product knowledge, emphasizing craftsmanship, brand heritage, and value
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and client engagements
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of sales experience; luxury goods experience is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
