Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Integrated Retail Media to lead the development and execution of end-to-end media strategies that drive growth, engagement, and performance across digital and select above-the-line (ATL) channels. This role will play a key part in shaping our retail media ecosystem from digital marketing and performance campaigns to social, content, affiliate marketing, and emerging commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in e-commerce and digital media within the retail and/or FMCG sectors, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead holistic media plans that integrate digital, performance, social, and select ATL channels to achieve brand, traffic, and sales objectives.
  • Drive performance and visibility across owned and partner retail media platforms (e.g., Optimo, TikTok Shop) and ensure media investments maximize ROI and conversion
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer journeys.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign results, and apply data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and effectiveness.
  • Lead content strategy, social media initiatives, and affiliate marketing programs to enhance brand engagement and online visibility.
  • Partner with internal teams (e-commerce, merchandising, brand, creative) and external agencies/vendors to ensure seamless execution and innovation in campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platforms, and tools in retail media and digital marketing, identifying opportunities to test and scale new capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated media campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, ideally from retail or FMCG industries.
  • Deep understanding of digital performance metrics, analytics, and attribution models.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel platforms and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
