Data Analytics Opportunities (Staff to Manager Level)

Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for Data Analytics positions from Staff to Manager level. We are looking for highly analytical and data-driven professionals who can transform complex data into actionable insights to support business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
• Build and automate reporting solutions and analytical tools
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs
• Support operational, commercial, growth, marketing, and customer initiatives through analytics
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and business leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• For senior and managerial levels, lead analytics initiatives, manage projects, and mentor team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Open to Staff, Specialist, Senior Analyst, Lead, and Manager-level candidates

Relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Management

Experience in SQL and data querying tools is required

Experience with Python, BigQuery, Pandas, DBT, Airflow, or related tools is an advantage

Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms

Experience in CRM analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, campaign performance tracking, or customer behavior analysis is a plus

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
