Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team onsite in Makati. This role focuses on leveraging data to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and uncover actionable insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and able to communicate findings clearly to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions and campaign strategies.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze marketing performance data across multiple channels (digital and traditional).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform marketing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate, clear, and actionable reports for management while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to present data insights that may influence campaign concepts.
  • Utilize AI tools and modern software to automate data collection, reporting, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor ROI and key performance metrics, identifying root causes of underperformance and recommending solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with AI or automation tools for data collection and reporting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, able to identify opportunities and trends without direct supervision.
