Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead and develop supply chain teams across procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution.
  • Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

Planning and Operations

  • Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
  • Ensure efficient production planning in coordination with manufacturing and quality teams.
  • Optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks for cost, service level, and scalability.

Procurement and Supplier Management

  • Lead sourcing and procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and third-party services.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance to ensure quality, continuity, and cost competitiveness.
  • Mitigate supply risks through supplier diversification and contingency planning.

Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, local regulatory requirements).
  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to uphold product integrity and traceability.
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Quality to support new product launches and promotions.
  • Provide regular performance updates, KPIs, and insights to executive management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership, preferably within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-site supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
