We are seeking a strategic and people-centric Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition initiatives and drive the end-to-end hiring process. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to understand their growth plans, design impactful hiring strategies, and lead a team of passionate recruiters to success from our Pasig office. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale the recruitment team to achieve organizational hiring goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast headcount needs and align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
• Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the employer branding strategy to attract top-tier talent in the industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong track record of successfully managing and developing recruitment teams.
• Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
• Experience with ATS platforms, data analytics, and recruitment dashboards.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Pasig City on a morning schedule.
