Digital Marketing Manager (Beauty & Cosmetics)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Work collaboratively with content creators, designers, and SEO specialists to create a unified cross-channel approach.
- Optimize website content, structure, and keywords for SEO and conversion rate, while also implementing cart abandonment campaigns.
- Develop and implement a content strategy, including blog posts, videos, articles, and infographics, aligned with brand messaging.
- Create a cohesive social media strategy, design campaigns for product launches, and track influencer collaborations.
- Develop and launch segmented email campaigns for promotions, announcements, and newsletters, optimizing for open and click-through rates.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising (search, display, and social media) on platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other platforms, reporting key metrics to the team.
- Conduct A/B testing on website elements and email campaigns to boost conversion rates (CRO) and analyze user behavior through heatmaps.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation and adherence to budget limits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Linkedin Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and data for decision-making.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRO techniques.
