Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City, Morning Shift
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Strictly with IT procurement experience
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities for the IT category, covering software, hardware, and IT-related services. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, as the manager will supervise a procurement team while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT procurement team, ensuring high performance and adherence to procurement standards.
- Oversee the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers for software, hardware, and IT services.
- Conduct commercial negotiations to ensure cost-effective and value-driven procurement outcomes.
- Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance monitoring, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholdersincluding IT, Finance, and Operationsto align procurement plans with business needs.
- Review and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT procurement (software, hardware, or services).
- Strong people management experience; must have led a team.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in a large or multinational organization is an advantage.
